What is your long term ED game plan?

What is your current level of functionality? I see you joined in 2011. Have things not changed at all for you in that time?

I ask because I seem to have had a breakthrough week. Girth and sensitivity seem to have fully restored. Ive flip flopped a lot in this forum but I think as long as my body is capable of feeling like this, I have to postpone any surgeries. I should also note that I have confirmed fibrosis and yet I feel 100% so maybe surgery is jumping the gun after all if recovery is possible in some. It really makes me feel like we are from understanding this. Its fucking insane to me that my dick can go from pencil thin to a handful in the span of a few days. The only recent protocol ive followed was 6 shockwave/1 PRP, with nightly viagra for 4 months. Honestly, I think its very possible that my improvements have been a natural process though. Its impossible to tell. I think you did the right thing by postponing.

Moonman have you given up hope that some kind of therapy could arrive soon and we get our sexual function back? A lot of people around here seem to think that 2020 should be a big year for us on the scientific side, but Iā€™ve never seen a real justification for that belief and suspect it might be nothing more than a hopium type meme.

I was curious so I looked at real ppl with implants online the only problem is for people with steady shrinkage an implant still would be depressing because once inflated it wouldnā€™t be much to use. they actually had some you couldnā€™t even tell they were implants tho

@Helpisontheway Yes PFS for 15 years now. Made great improvements in all areas except sexual/genital. Viagra will help blood flow but is not going to work or be healthy to take it daily long term.

@vkg1 Have I given up hope? No. Which is why I said Iā€™d wait till Baylor study is published before I ever did something dramatic. However, I do not expect any type of ā€œtreatmentā€ breakthrough earlier than say 12 years. No one truly knows anything. And at a rate of a study (maybe 2 piggybacked) every decade for Baylor - I dont want to go another decade like this sexually.

What did you try in all these years to recover?
