Hello, guys just to keep it simple, I also had a problem of my balls hanging low all the time specially as the day came to near end my balls use to start hanging low.
Last week I did Sumo Squats and I can promise you it has helped and my balls are back atleast 60-70%. Its been 4-5 days now since I did Sumo Squats and my balls are defo atleast 60-70% back.
But the bigger thing is I also noticed atleast 30-40% better libildo and erection was almost around 50-60% better.
I did do heavy weight Sumo Squats and I have also herd that Squats do increase testosterone, but in my opinion Sumo Squats are much better as while you perform them you feel some sensation around your thighs as it directly hits them muscles.
It has worked for me and it seem like I am gonna do Sumo Squats from now on atleast once a week to failure and heavy weight but it’s worth it.
