Sun

Hi,

During these two years the only thing make me feel much better is sunbathing. Last week I was on holidays and I tried to get “burnt” by the sun to see what happen, I was more than 4 hours sunbathing on the beach with 37 degrees. Well that night I recovered some penis sensitivy and I was able to have an erection, this condition continued for the next two days and then I went back to “nothing”.

Somebody else has tried this (get “burnt” by the sun) and has had this massive temporally improvement?

Yes, absolutely.

If I spend a long time sunbathing then I feel noticeably better for a day or two, particularly sexually. I also notice a deeper sleep and maybe more energy, less stiffness in the joints etc. For me it’s better than any supplement pretty much. I don’t try and get burnt though or overdo it.

I even try and replicate it with taking sunbeds during the winter. That isn’t as good or reliable, but still more effective than Vitamin D tablets, and I honestly had some strange ‘alpha’ feeling when walking out from one not long ago, like quite horny and confident lol.

The flipside is that when I do get a positive effect from either I often seem to have a ‘crash’ a few days later, and can have a sudden, otherwise unexplainable worsening of symptoms like sore joints, depression, sexual sides etc.

I’ve often wondered if guys who lived in very sunny climates might have a head start in getting better.

For me this is the best proof that there must be a treatment for us, we always think about vitD, but it could be due to other substance produced by the body after sun exposure

In the past 3.5 years since the start of my PFS, I’ve had a couple temporary (albeit partial) recoveries. My best one occurred 2 summers ago during a beach vacation. That was the first notable amount of sun I got in a long time. But during that vacation, almost everything went back to normal, including sleep, libido and mood. And I know what you mean about the alpha feeling. The effects even lasted a couple of months, although it was an eventual tapering back to my steady state of PFS. I’ve yet to replicate that level of recovery, even on similar amounts of sun exposure.

Yes.

Appart from vitamin D, sun can itself stimulate pineal gland in the brain (hence regulate hormones secretions), increase circulation and other benefits.

yes

uv exposure has incredible effects. my vitamin D is top of range already so it’s something else…

Well this is very easily explainable Sun exposure to nude skin cause Testosterone increase, as you dont have DHT function working propierly most of that Test will later convert to estrogen ( crash ).
