Do you think it’s safe to assume that as merck states, if you were to stop taking propecia any gains you had would disappeat within one year…that any sides would also disappear within one year?
Does Merck’s product insert state that side-effects will stop after one-year of use?

I still have my gains 6 years after symptoms started… both symptoms and gains remains for me.

By gains do you mean your has insn’t falling out anymore?

Excacly. I grew hair on my temples, and has an increase in overall thickness on top, and my hair still looks the same. Even the hair on my temples are still growing.

My hair looks worse than it did when I was on Propecia, but it’s not falling out as much as I expected it would. In other words, my rate of hairloss seems significantly decreased than it was pre-Propecia, despite all of the stress and depression.
