Do you experience shrinkage?
If yes, have you ever seen an improvement?
I didn’t have shrinkage the first 5 years of PFS, and could get good erections enough to have sex with pde5i (cialis, viagra, etc.). One day at the 5th year, I woke up with shrinkage and pain in my penis. I tried various therapies, drugs, ESWT (shockwave), and stem cell, none of which had any effect. I still have shrinkage and penis pain to this day, and I’m unable to have sex even when using pde5i (10 years of PFS).
Interesting. It’s EXACTLY the same story for me despite having pain in the penis.
I have PFS since 2005 and became impotent within days. After that i was able to have sex with pde5i. This worked until 2013. Since then I had a HUGE drop in effectiveness of the pde5i, also within days. Now sometimes pde5i work but only when I take incredible high dosages like 400-500mg Sildenafil. And then this will work for only a few minutes.
btw: I had 10 sessions of ESWT (shockwave therapy) last year. It did NOTHING for me. But was very expensive.
