I used cialis often. But I’d say the mental sides are what killed the relationship more than the sex. ED aside when I used cialis I was good to go and could go forever thus had no problem getting her off.
Before I started taking clomiphene I wasn’t able to maintain an erection for two minutes before I got off. Now it’s still a little hard to get an erection but once I’m in I can maintain it for as long as I want and I can always get my gf off. If your wanting to get your sexual confidence back in bed, run at your own pace lead the show “dont go, oh no it’s not going to get up again”.
