All members will be intolerant to some foods. From my own experience only, I can state that elimination of foods to which I was allergic made a noticeable difference to my level of functioning, within 2 weeks. Specifically mood, concentration and alertness improved. I welcomed these improvements.

I went to an allergy doctor about a month ago to get tests done for food allergies, and the doctor basically told me if you can eat a food and don’t have a reaction, then even if you test positive on the test for allergies to that food, its bullshit. So I wouldn’t read into it too much. Anyways my insurance covered it and I wanted to get them done so he eventually submitted to giving me the tests. I had reactions on pretty much all the environmentals but practically nothing on the foods. The few that I did react to were very minimal reactions.
