Hey guys,

I searched, but did not find an answer to this. I am trying to correlate fitness level with symptoms. If you could also respond with how bad you consider your symptoms on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst) for each of the following categories…

Sexual Sides (1-10)
Mental Sides (1-10)
Physical/Other Sides (1-10)

Also, if you have attempted to exercise in an effort to alleviate symptoms, a brief description of your routine and results would also be appreciated.

Mental Sides 5
Physical/Other Sides 4

Started 3 times a week weights recently, already starting to feel a bit stronger. Get good results on the mental front from hill sprints in the morning. Diet is pretty healthy, but not rediculous.

Sexual Sides (1-10) No libido/tissue changes- hard to rank considering I don’t have some of the other sides. I’d say 6-7
Mental Sides (1-10) 4
Physical/Other Sides (1-10) 2

I always have, and still continue to workout rigorously. 5-7 days a week, running, sports, and occasional lifting. I eat a pretty healthy diet. I have not correlated any positives or negatives to type of workout, frequency, or intensity.
