Dude, when things aren’t swollen up natural, engourged with blood, and if you keep trying to flog it, for weeks, trying hard, for 20-30 minutes at a time, I’ve heard it can put a strain on those blood vessels, as well as tissues.
Its maybe like trying to jump into intense exercise without warming up a little bit first, or exercising when you have a muscle cramp, idk… but to me I don’t think its good.

That for those first two-three months when things just feel dead, and some of us just had complete complete impotence. Just not to worry too too much. Don’t go home every night trying to beat a dead horse, because you’re just gonna do damage, and its not good for you either. Just realize after some weeks or a month or two, things will slowly improve. Just eat well, exercise a bit, and try to keep your mind off of it, because things will get better. So don’t just beat it up. Let it wake up a little on its own first until it starts to come up on its own more easily after about 6, 7, maybe eight weeks…
This is the time frame I have heard a lot of guys experienced as far as impotence went. Myself as well.
Btw. don’t you know, Omega-3’s help restore muscle, tissue, nerves, everything. Aren’t you aware of the clinically proven benefits of a diet high in omega 3’s and omega 3 supplementation.
Its better for everything, the lymph system, your tissues, your heart, blood, and mind.
Animal fat is supposedly not good.
