Nathaniel's Story

I do not take probiotics directly after the enema but I believe this would be okay to do

Dude thanks a ton for getting back to me! Were you ever able to provide a full list of what you think helped you? (Your earlier post says it’s an incomplete list).

Also, are you still of the opinion that targeting your gut is what led to your recovery? Is your digestion normal now?

Also, as far as enemas- were you doing these daily? I’ve read that doing enemas daily can cause more problems with dependence on them for a bowel movement than help

Oh and you mentioned high quality supplements- which ones were you taking that helped? Sorry for all the questions!!

@Nathaniel-nathanson

Hey brother, just checking in again! Hope you’re still around, just wanted to run a few questions by you if that’s cool. Lmk!

Hey man,

Happy to chat - shoot me an SMS (2017880839)

I believe PFS can be tied to both the brain and the gut and probably both

Things that helped me were

  • red light and infrared light on the body especially the genitals
  • cold baths every other day
  • gaps diet + paleo diet
  • lots of seafood for brain health
  • Seeing every sunrise and maximizing time outside
  • blue light blocking glasses
  • for supplements I recommend digestive enzymes, multi vitamin, multi mineral, fish oil, multi amino, vitamin d

Yes I did coffee enemas everyday for a year, now I only do them twice per week. I do not believe they hurt your bowel movements, in fact I think it improves your bowel functions
