I’d be very surprised if this recovery actually cured him 100%, how many times have we read someone saying trt has cured them, and then once they stop trt all pfs symptoms return.
I am not so surprised, those enzymes have a potent anti-inflammatory effects, in fact those are recommend for arthritis.
You should try it then Moonchild. Seems safer than going to India and getting a black market doc to inject black market chemo in you.

How are your mental symptoms? Did the bluntness/no motivation go away?
I think I saw some reference to finasteride potentially interfering with bile acid production, so perhaps these enzymes help overcome this.

Wow I posted this 5 years ago and forgot about it! Just received the responses the other day. Since the post I can say that everything is good! I got remarried to a beautiful woman and all those horrific issues of PFS are gone! SO after reading some of these responses here is what I have to say. I am NOT advocating for Dr Goldstein. I am still on TRT and do not want to stop because I am good and I am not willing to risk every going back to a crash! Wobenzym is an enzyme that can be bought at Amazon or any nutrition store.
I can completely say I am still 95% healed. I have come to the conclusion I will never be 100% and do not really care…just feel blessed to be where I am at. The 5%… I am missing the visual lust which I can live without. I hope and pray that the protocol I followed helps some of you as well. That is simply my story.

My brain fog is gone. Once in a great moon I’ll space out a little but it is very rare.

To be blunt…prior to PFS if I was with a hot woman just looking at her would give me the animal instinct in the loins you know what I mean? Now for example it is more based on touch to get the same result. I guess the best example is…I underwent a few tests a few years ago and they showed me porno to see the results and it did ZERO for me. Hope that makes sense. That is the 5% I am missing.
Also I would like to add since that post 5 years ago I added 2 additional supplements. I taker 2000MG of Maca a day and 1000MG dried aged garlic pills. I cant explain what this has done for EQ its crazy.

The lost on vision lust that you describe can be also as result of excessive use of pornography over the years, I know what I mean, I have a friend of mine that he never touch Propecia or any drug or supplement like saw palmetto that inhibit 5-alpha reluctance and he also told me the same thing, he even when to an strip club and he didn’t get hard, he say that seem because the porn use.
For example I get hard easy with just a sexual fantasy in my mind that just watching porn.

Moonchild I have never been a guy who looked at porn or anything like that in the past. I mean if I saw it I would have been like wow but the response has always been different post PFS.

I am glad that you never watched porn before, you can considered yourself a hero, because I been watching porn every single day of my life…lol
