my short storie

Did you have issues with sensitivity in your penis and if so have you noticed feeling return?

I just recently started to get that “oiliness” on the penis skin feeling. It’s been 4 yrs off this month for me.

Nice to hear. :sunglasses:
I’m glad you are going for recovery.

Just to ask:
So I think you had the same usual Sides.
So I must ask, what was your regimen against PFS?
What did you do?

I would do a lot of sports, but what I hate about it is that everything shrivels up and I get this numb feeling even worse the following days, so I’m not sure if this makes things worse in the long run, i.e. shrinking etc.

Else I got more energy for sure when I compare to my situation 3 month ago.
But still the usual sexual sides, light brain fog and floaters.

I would be really glad to hear from you.
Did you take any supplements like Longjack, Maca, Iodine, Tribulus?

Cheers and keep on going!

i´ve tried all kind TPC an testobooster medications like clomid, tamoxifen, arimidex. Tried aromasin, andractim(6months), proviron, maca, tribulus, tongkcat, horny goat, zma, vitamins, triazole, pes erase, melatonin, bcaa, glutamin, l-arginin. gaba and others.

after some time, i started to get better. but I do not associate with any of the above substances. I’ve always done exercise before, during and after finasteride. I never felt that the exercises helped me. in fact sometimes the exercises worsen symptoms.

i think the most efective help is water fast. I made several short fasts and always felt changes. felt improved digestion, reduced anxiety and improved sleep. seems that supplements work better too.

I highly recommend trying the water fast.

cheers!

Hi backfromhell,
How long did it take until the depression and anxiety went away?

Hi Backfromhell.

I want to thank you for your fast response.
Just wanted to ask something more.
In your Member Storie you mentioned you didn’t have sides until you took antibiotics.
mew wrote that antibiotics higher free testosterone.
Many Users got Antibiotics after quiting Fin because it could be a prostate infection in doctors minds.
Do you think that this could be one reason for people to crash? Like I did?
Did you experiance the Fin crash too?
Still having loads of hope from some memers on this board like you, chi, lightattheend and others.

Cheers Rist

Are you on VitD3 now? or have you used it before?

I truly believe that the fin crash has something to do with the use of antibiotics; even people who have abused antibiotics in childhood.

Yes i had a fin crash. All symptoms of PFS. I was so bad it looked like a dead body walking around. I seemed lifeless.

is well established that finasteride unbalanced hormones.

with time the symptoms will improve and life will again have much meaning and pleasure.

I took only 1 tablet of Vitamin D3 5000 IU now foods. disliked. I felt a little stirring. as I live in the tropics, can sunbathe all year. I think it’s the best source of vitamin D.

depression stopped after about 4 years; Anxiety was more difficult. I think I improved after 4.5 years. never used anti-depressants. I am totally against using antidepressants to treat PFS;

What are u calling spontaneous erections in deep sleep??? Are u talking about when u are sleeping

Cómo estás hoy? Soy de argentina tmb y sufro SPF hace más de un año , gracias saludos

A little bit update after some years. I have been recovered for all symptoms except for libido and ED. It´s much better libido and hardness, but not as before finasteride. I can enjoy now with some cialis, but I don´t like to use it, Cialis gives me headache.

Now i´m gonna try the Proviron cycle, as some users have been done. I think after those 12 years I have a better change to recovery from libido.

You mentioned you had stool/digestive issues.

Did you do anything to resolve this symptom? This is my last symptom, and it’s giving me a lot of stress. I keep thinking it’s some kind of liver failure.

intermitent fasting and water fast. But who knows? may be this symptoms reovery for other reasons, I have been off medications for a long years. My stool are normal.
If you recovery from all other symptoms, why don´t you look for a regular doctor? I think it is much helpfull.

Yep, been to several. They have no idea why ALT keeps rising. I have to find a liver doctor, but I’m not expecting much.

How long was your water fast? How did you do your intermittent fasting?

i did a 3 or 4 short water only fast for 3 days. For the last past 4 years I think i have been doing intermitent fasting. My first meal is 12pm and the last 9pm, some times i do 20 hrs, some days 24 hrs, I never keep the same routine, always changing the patterns.

Come to think of it, the first time ALT dropped for me was when I was on a rice + water diet for a week. It dropped from 96 to 68. It started rising again when I got back on a normal diet.

A liver Doctor should help you. Why they cannot do?

Probably caused by something extremely obscure and outside the realm of modern medicine.
