Unfortunately, most of the benefits have faded, although I STRONGLY believe this is not intrinsically due to any fault with fasting itself, and more due to the fact that I took that damned royal jelly. Around a month after breaking my fast I decided to take royal jelly to make my sex drive and erections even stronger and it ended up having the reverse effect. Now I seldom have morning erections (my situation is actually WORSE than before I went on the fast) however it seems to be slowly improving. I’m waiting to see how stable the improvements are before I write about them though. Most of my improvements from the fast have disappeared, but like I said, I blame this entirely on taking the royal jelly. I’m quite sure it lowered my testosterone, or did something to gum up everything in my body. The only solid improvement that remains is that I weigh around 67 kg now, I weighed 61 kg before the fast. (Its not as if this extra weight I gained is just fat or anything, my lifts in the gym also went up in tandem with my weight increase, so I gained strength as well.)
