Yes, I did. I use Chrysin, DIM, Quercetin and Avena Sativa. I also eat a Paleo diet heavy in raw foods, usually fruit.

I do cycle now, but previously I would take for multiple days in a row. Effect usually tapered off in 3 days.
I’m sorry, but I don’t recall all the supplements I’ve taken that didn’t or stopped working. Here’s a short list:
-multiple amino acids, complex, tyrosene, etc.
-the whole range of b vitamins
-calcium
-magnesium
-zinc (very bad the liver kidneys shut down on me)
-iodine (felt normal for 2 days but heart was beating strong then was very exhausted)
-vitamin c
-quercetin/bromelain
-etc (I’ll add them as I remember)
Reading CD’s post I think I’m going to try the Est lowering supps he’s using. I just looked at my face in the mirror and it’s back to having too much water weight after a weeks respite from it.

I do it by feel now. Usually I’ll take a supp one day, skip a day if my cock is hanging normal and semi hard when I wake up. Then I’ll take another anti E the day after. So, for me, depending on my lifestyle habits, I’ll take them every other day, switching as I go along. If I’m being less then optimal, I have to take them more often.
I think that either you gain muscles and lose fat or vice versa depends on your individual body chemistry.
For some the body might be more sensitive to increased estrogen which leads to losing muscle and gaining fat.
I happened to be the opposite. There definitely was very significant increase in T while I was on fin, and I built muscles and lost fat quite effectively. Felt very good and confident except libido changed up and down in unpredictable manner. That didn’t feel like a problem then because i was a single and felt mostly relieved for being able to focus my energy on more interesting stuff than trying to get laid. The T boosting effect was most prominent when i was few months without the drug and then started again.
Had to stop because of bad depression, impotence and penis pain (actually took something like 6 months to realize what was causing it since there were no problems in the first 3 years with fin).
Would assume that people who gained fat and lost muscles would mostly benefit from anti-estrogen drugs.
My after-fin symptoms seem to be very similar than described symptoms of adrenal fatigue. So iodine is the next thing i’ll try. Have anyone had any success with it?
I gained alot of muscle on propecia and a little fat but i was too thin before propecia so i thought that part was good as well. I really looked very very healthy when on it. Infact i looked ripped with lots of muscles.
After quitting the only thing left is the bit more fat i gained the muscles are gone and prolly i have less now than i started out with even tho i work out hard and often.
Cant seem to loose fat around my chest even tho one can see my ribcage clearly just 5cm lower down. Abit annoying and possibly its abit of gyno in there, hard to say.
I feel that I have lost weight…mostly muscle mass. Not too sure if the weight loss is from stopping the “p” though. I think that I need to have some blood work done to check my thyroid because this weight loss is unexplained as my appetite is fine, but my blood pressure has been high ever since stopping “p”…I’m thinking that the high BP is from stress though, but it may be from a thyroid issue. I don’t know…I hate this…it seems to be never ending
