Mr David Ralph - anyone seen him?

There are two Consultants on the PFS foundation list of doctors who treat this condition in London - Mr Raheem (International Andrology London) and Mr Ralph.

I’ve managed to speak to a few people treated by Mr Raheem but no one seems to have experience with Mr Ralph. This is slightly surprising giving Mr Ralph is a world leading expert in erectile dysfunction.

If anyone’s has seen Mr Ralph, please can they let us know their experience or if you prefer to drop me a private message that would be great. Please do get in touch, I would really like to know more.

I actually can’t find the page now on the PFS foundation website! They used to have a resources page which has a list of doctors all over the world who recognise PFS and treat it. Two in London - Mr Raheem and Mr Ralph.

It is super disappointing that you did not have a good consultation with him. These people are meant to be supporting us in what is very difficult situation. If Ralph is not understanding, and Raheem is charing £6k for shockwave - well, it just doesn’t feel like a great situation really!

Just thinking about it - I wonder if we should start a threat in which we find out if anyone has seen these doctors? I know there are several doctors talked about a lot of these forums - Shippen, Crisler, Goldstein. But there are loads of doctors on this list and if we started to find that one doctor was really good and had a good success rate or at least protocols, this might encourage more people to visit that doctor. I would certainly be prepared to pay a few hundred pounds for a flight and hotel to see a doctor if I thought he knew about whats going on with me (PFS) and could help.

I am not advocating that you jump on a plane, but I know at least one of the USA based doctors will give you a brief Skype conversation for free which could give you some insight into what his experience of similar cases to yourself might be.

Haha, don’t worry pal - not jumping on planes just yet! Is that Dr Goldstein? I seem to remember one of the doctors offered that.

I’ve spoken to a few people on the forum tonight actually and they have been really helpful to me so feeling a bit calmer than earlier. i think I’m gonna try to push through for the time being and get back on the tadalafil and see I another few weeks/months brings improvements. Try not to panic too much. If I’m not getting anywhere, I’ll think again.

How are you doing Greek? Sounds like you’ve had your ups and downs mate but I’ve thought the general trajectory of your symptoms is up and improving. I still feel confidence you will make a full recover and you just need more time and are doing all the right things buddy.
