yea, you hear alot of good talk about vitamin D, I have no need to ever take vitamin D again. Ive trialed it numerous times, Vitamin D did give me joint problems, dry eyes, increased stomach acid.

On k2, im very familiar with k2, I have trialed doses up to 1000mcg a day of mk7. I could definitely feel it affecting hormones. Also matrix gla proteins and osteocalcin are important vitamin k dependant proteins. My biggest concern with k2 is it has the potential to greatly worsen dysbiosis as its a growth factor for nearly all bacteria.

I’m not suggesting everyone supplement vitamin D but I’ve been deficient way before PFS and I can tell you that some of the symptoms of deficiency are just as bad as pfs symptoms such as fatigue

I’ve been on a ketogenic diet for more than a year, my body produces acetoacetate and beta-hydroxybutyrate from the huge amounts of fat I eat everyday. It made almost all symptoms disappear except insomnia.

I learned recently that beta-hydroxybutyrate can undo epigenetic damage.
