Just got hit with severe PFS... Should I act quickly or wait it out?

You made out like it’s a bad thing to keep blood flow to the penis. Cialis will literally just help blood go there. You by saying DONT TAKE DRUGS BE NATURAL HUR DUR could put someone off taking Cialis, more blood flow to the penis = less chance of fibrosis etc… People don’t need to be inherently scared of drugs/herbs, they need to understand mechanisms and whether they’ll benefit them

Just because you still get morning wood doesn’t mean everyone does, some of us now need Cialis to ensure our dick doesn’t stay inactive for weeks. This is why I recommended it. Going from 3-4 random strong erections a day to 1 weak one in the morning with Cialis can’t be healthy for me and is likely going to reduce erectile function from what is was before. Having no erections would be even worse.

I’d say the more often you can get erections the easier they will come, you don’t have to orgasm I understand that nofap might be beneficial even though it doesn’t seem to be my thing but dismissing Cialis as though it is some other drug and herb is a bit disingenuous when that’s not its purpose to be a hard core drug that effects the brain/dopamine levels, its purpose is to help maintain healthy blood flow to an organ that is not healthfully maintained without it. Seems like the rather sensible solution and it’s why a lot of guys are prescribed from a doctor daily Cialis

Anyone with ED should be on a low dose of PD5E5s if they can tolerate it because more erections = healthier dick whichever way you look at it.

I agree with that… I was thinking he wanted to use it for sex or orgasms, that’s my main caveat… From somebody that’s crashed repeatedly for 9 years, coming out of it too early or excessively… drugs or herbs for that matter, mask the problem and it’s easy to forget.

Don’t treat this as medical advice. But I solved the heart palpitations I had by taking magnesium citrate supplements. I had problems as follows:

  • Waking in night with very high heart rate, interrupting sleep continually
  • Difficulty falling asleep due to high heart rate
  • Heart skipping beats
  • Heart racing when not doing any physical activity (e.g. just sat at desk)
  • Ended up in A&E one occasion due to a prolonged issue with heart racing over 3-4 hours, thought was some having some kind of heart attack

Resolved by taking magnesium citrate daily. Type I use gives 1480mg magnesium citrate per tablet, providing 440mg elemental magnesium. Taking 2x pills a day.

did you go to the hospital?? Thats insane! Evidently your pituitary is functioning as per usual given you decently high end LH score. High prolactin is a good indicator of some type of inflammation, which could be in your gut considering how you were passing blood. Which would also explain why your vit D maybe low (poor absorption).

I know in at least 2 cases (the first being complete recovery, the second partial recovery) the gut microbiome was heavily implicated in pfs pathogenesis.

Hey mate, if the blood is bright red then it’s more than likely irritation, if it was internal it would be dark red, anxiety makes me use he bathroom more which obvs means I wipe more and it can get sore from time to time, not meaning to be graphic but I think it is more an irritation issue. I have the same symptoms with saw palmetto, unfortunately I crashed March 2018 and still the same. Skin very dry, tonsils sore and dry mouth. I’m glad your skin is better, I wish mine would get better. I hope things get better buddy, I too has the racing heart, are you sure it’s not anxiety, it’s a very common symptom with it.

I use this one.

The brand doesn’t make much difference to me. The key factor is that it is magnesium citrate. Not gylcinate, theronate, etc. I have experimented with these other kinds and found that they aren’t good at resolving heart palpitations, muscle spasms, sleep issues, etc.

I’m fairly new here as well so I’m not entirely sure how inflammation plays a role in pfs pathogenesis. wait it out till 3 months after your crash, get bloods, if prolactin is still elevated then try aspirin.

Chelated Magnesium has the best bio availability. Don’t buy any other types, buy whatever brand you want but this is one I’ve used in the past and I can attest to its quality.

I used to take two a day back when I was into using drugs every weekend, really helped with the side effects and made shitting easier.

Bout it really.

@zzz123 I just want to say, as you’re in the first few months of developing PFS, you’re really in the worst of it. I know how utterly horrific and hopeless it can feel. But I also want to let you know that though I am by no means recovered, I have seen improvements across a number of symptoms. The first six months were absolutely unbelievable, an abomination for the soul to endure. Things are much better now than they were then. Please do all you can to remain strong and hold in there.

Shit man you are a soldier. Hang in there, we will find a solution soon or later. Try Transcendental Meditation if you can do it and eat well, sugar and carbs are the things that increase the inflammation in the body. Don’t know what to say more.
