Joints crack-pop terribly

My fingers, elbows, shoulders, neck, knees, feet, in the joints crack-pop terribly. My bones are light and painful. According to you is a deficiency of Vitamin D? Damon what are your E2 levels? Low E2 levels are notorious for giving you cracking and popping joints.

Free testosterone is low. DHT Very high 1750.

Lots of people have cracking and popping joints here. I do too, but for some reason sometimes it’s ok.
