How is your senestivity now?
Prior to getting “excited” there is relatively little sensitivity/feeling at all. For a while feeling during sex was very poor and there were often times of almost no feeling at all. As time passed that has improved and I now have sex with ok to good sensitivity (it varies). It appears there is a correlation between sensitivity and EQ. So yes it has somewhat improved but it is still not the same
Can you maintain an erection without cialis?
Yes - but the quality varies. The ability to get and maintain has improved over time. Not part of your question but Cialis did work for me and I would say it helped with confidence too.
How close would you say you are sexually to 100% pre-fin?
I believe your question is regarding performance? It’s hard to put numbers as I’ve said before on here because they really don’t give a good picture. I would prefer to say things are in a much better place than 10 years ago. The ability to perform is rarely an issue at this point.
