Is a Urologist my best bet for penis curvature or "lumps"

I have been off Propcia 4 months and am now doing HRT and do not have allot of sides at this point and I will never know if just stopping propecia alone was enough, or if the HRT is the operative.

One side: I do have a pain in one side of the penis and it sometimes seems to “pull to the left” as well as sometimes seems as though I have lost some girth near the base causing an instability that i do not remember previously, and I wonder what kind of doctor might set my mind at ease regarding this. Of course I suspect propecia here but have some other theories:

  1. propecia
  2. a hightend awareness (i never really looked very close before all this)
  3. women on top sex (wife is BIG) and always on top
  4. BIke riding
  5. middle age setting in

I am sure there is some penis curvature forum here that gets 1 or 2 posts a decade, so i guess feel free to move this if need be, but i thought I would possibly, more likely reach others with similar issues in this forum

What is your age? How is your libido before/after HRT?

Regarding penis curvature/shrinkage – many members have experienced this post-Finasteride and there are studies on this site linking depleted androgens (T/DHT) due to castration or chemical castration (ie, Finasteride) as inducing penile tissue changes, which can lead to fibrosis and collagenase deposits in the corpus cavernosum. Studies can be found in Finasteride studies section, Sexual Side Effects section and Other Studies section corroborating this.

Here is a compilation I made awhile back:

Finally, a Uro would be your best bet to investigate penile changes if all other side effects have resolved – recommend Dr Goldstein in California or Dr. Lue in San Francisco, their contact info in Doctors section. There are users who have been diagnosed with Peyronie’s Disease and decreased penile veinous bloodflow post-Fin.
