I spoke with my doctor 2 years ago with the onset of my symptoms. I started by looking at the symptoms of others with pfs and see where I matched up. I was careful to not to mentally generate any of the symptoms. And I just him the truth, my symptoms, and that I did some research and there are many others with this issue similar to mine.
My doc didn’t believe me until he sent me for some labs. I got a letter from him a week later saying “hey your prolactin it off the charts im sending you to a endo”
