As many of you know , I have not taken fin/prop/accutane/ssri. I believe my symptoms were caused by anti fungal cream for fungal rash or from severe caloric restriction. For the last 2 years I have no spontaneous erections, no arousal, genitals when im wearing clothes feel completely numb. Without clothes the skin feels like rubber. Low ejaculate volume, no feeling in orgasm. I have a cold wet feeling at the tip of my penis. My scrotum is super tight! I have a dull ache in my right “vas deferns” groin/ testicle.

I have come across many people complaining of similar that are not on any prop/fin websites. Have a look…

still getting the airy feeling at random times during the day and a very cold tip. Also no real primal sexual urges, everything with my girl and other women seems kind of forced, or like i’m testing myself lol…Also morning wood is still occasional and spontaneous erections during the day are pretty much down to zero…But honestly…IS someone really going to get spontaneous erections if they’re worried about their erections all day?..I doubt it lo

Penis feels really dry , no precum etc…
I have Normal Testosterone , but my DHT is low at 220(300-850) and my e2 is low as well at 12 (bottom of the range is 11)

I have read all over the place that Low or High E2 can affect penis sensitivity and libido. Dr. Chrisler told me on facebook that it might not be my herniated disc , to check DHT. I got it checked and it was low…

anyone else have the constant cold/wet feeling at the tip of their penis?!

E2 of 12 is extremely low, man. How high is your SHBG? I’m thinking it may be high since DHT is low and E2 is too. Free T might even be low too.

My SHBG was 19 and second time 26. These endocrinologists should know what there doing. Here in Croatia they basically go to school for 10 years and earn a generous amount of money to read a paper with your result and compare it to the reference range. Doesn’t matter if your not healed they still get paid…

The worst part of my day is when I wake up , rolling around in bed without a morning erection, and a feeling of numbness down there. Then taking a piss…realizing your situation every morning , for the last 2 years for fuck sakes…

For a year after my severe crash diet it stuck around 450. It has gone up for the last year now to around 650-700. I dont think a t level of 650 would cause complete absence of libido, and numb genitals? Dont you agree?!

here in Croatia free test is given in a % value and range. The range is like 2.5% mine came back at the top of the range. Endo first rambled upon t not being the problem… he said my carries are low and thinks I stressed my hypothalmus/pituitary. Come back in a month with new bloods and we will go from there. I come back next month… of course paying a huge amount of money for him to brush me off and wanting to send me to a sex therapist! Really??? a sex therapist for 24 year old male!!! WTF I haven’t had any libido or a motherfucking erection in 2 years!!! My genital skin is numb , and I have a dull ache in my right testicle/groin… I even have low semen volume and dont feel shit during ejaculation.

This is honestly a sick joke…

I used to come across shit on the internet about people complaining about mysterious illnesses that have not been diagnosed and I used to think those motherfuckers were crazy. :open_mouth:

these people also complain of a similar loss of skin sensitivity. I have a weird feeling in my legs. As if im wearing jeans constantly if that makes sense?

This is definitely PFS, although apparently caused by something else - like in your case. Did you read through the entire thread? It looks like there is more than one person with these symptoms. Have they found any solutions?

no, I have these weird sensations in my legs, like im wearing jeans or something if that makes sense. I have a herniated disc a l1-l2 as well as spina bifida l5-s1. Leg EMG shows severe loss of motor neurons in right and left leg. January 3rd I have a EMG of the sphincter as well as a functional MRI. The neurosurgeon already told me he thinks my problems are hormonal. Now the doctor wants to send me to another neurosurgeon.

Someone on allthingsmale forum sent me a message saying hes in the same situation. He believes his was caused by ATKINS diet. I think it was @Invictus that said severe diets can also cause PFS.!!
