Hydralazine is a vasodilator that works by relaxing the muscles in your blood vessels to help them dilate (widen). This lowers blood pressure and allows blood to flow more easily through your veins and arteries. Hydralazine is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Reactivation of androgen receptor (AR) expression upon exposure to hydralazine. (A) Promoter methylation levels of AR in DU145 cell line assessed by real- time methylation-specific PCR (qMSP) after 3 days of drug exposure. AR methylation levels were normalized to β-Actin. Data are presented as mean of three independent experiments ± s.d. (B) AR and p21 protein expression determined by western blot, after 3 days of hydralazine exposure. β-Actin was used as loading control.

The States just past a law called the right to try that allows patients that are ill to try medication that has only passed phase 1 of FDA regulation cutting down years of waiting for medication that could be potentially helpful in fighting their diseases. Perhaps there could be a situation in our cases that would allow us to exercise that right.

As I said before, dosage, time are important variables, also some people do no respond to a medication in the same way or don’t respond well at all while other do.
I am looking forward to get this medication.
