From what I read you have very mild or no pfs. If you can reach full hardness within 30 sec you are fine. Dutasterid seem less harmful than finasteride. What about maintaining an erection for a longer time?
Better hot penis than cold. This assumes that there is still bloodflow even without masturbation.
