You guys are silly. And this is not the forum for measuring the size of your broken peckers, that is for sure. I think you have to give props to anyone here who is pushing themselves mentally, physically and with amazing determination to try to overcome this mess. I am a fitness trainer, was and was as good a shape as any of you. Done the religious gym thing and only ate healthy stuff I had never heard of a good year post crash. I am proud of my effort, and maybe long term it will provide dividends. Stuart Scott was a gym rat despite his leukemia, so clearly no formula for success. After my year of going for it, I’m toning back the intensity and not worrying about eating all the foods I enjoy. Life is too short. My sweat and gluten free diet made me few gains, but I am proud of myself for it and recommend everyone do anything to take some ownership in this fight.
Lastly, I’m mad as hell I’m in this mess. We all are, but I at least feel fortunate that after years of little action, the next year promises to yield some pretty substantial results. And until that time comes, I pray you all stay busy, and motivated. Help is coming so keep your heads up high
