Do I have PFS?. 1 year 1mg Fin

Hey guys,

So I took Fin 1mg for about a year in total. I quit using it about 3-4 months ago, because I started having erectile dysfunction and low libido problems. I went to a doctor about a week after quitting. My hormonal levels were already good again, my testosterone level was even a little too high. A few days after seeing the doc I started getting full erections again. This lasted until 1-2 months ago. The same time I started with my bachelor thesis. I still get erections but they dont seem as hard as they used to be, especially when drinking alcohol, which, pre-fin, I can’t remember having problems with. My sex drive is still on point though and good as ever. Whilst starting with my bachelor thesis I unfortunately started smoking again and didn’t find the time to do as many workouts as I used to. I have low blood pressure and a low resting pulse. Im also a little stress sensitive.

Normally I would have thought that this is just a psychological problem caused by lower self-esteem because I cant workout at the moment and due to the stress. But, after having heard about PFS yesterday im really concerned that I do have PFS and that it will get worse. I had sex with a girl just yesterday before finding out about PFS. I had a full erections but after approx. 30 mins being on top it wasn’t as hard as a rock anymore. I know that was probably because my blood started streaming into my muscles rather than into my penis, but Im concerned nonetheless. I also find it harder to ejaculate. But, if she is on top and therefore the sex isn’t like a workout for me Im fine. I can ejaculate even too early. Also, pre-fin, I had a gf and was only sleeping with her. Now, I have sex with some girls I just know but have no feelings for.

Also, I started using Phallosan Forte again. I tell you this because I feel like my penis is not as sensitive anymore. Might this be due to Phallosan rather than PFS? And also, might it just be that after having Phallosan on for 8 hours or so, that my penis just regenerates cells and therefore my erections are temporarely not so hard?

What do you guys think? I know there is no treatment for PFS, but is there a way to test it, so that I might be able to be sure that I don’t have PFS? Is there a possibility that this is due to Fin but not persistent and my receptors are still in the process of normalizing?

Sorry for the long post. I’m glad if someone replies nonetheless as it really concerns me at the moment.

By the way, I’m only 22 currently.

Greetings!

EDIT: I didn’t notice any mental issues at all. But, it’s a little hard to tell at the moment since I experience stress at the moment

There is no test for PFS at the moment. Your issues could be related to fin as such symptoms are frequent, but it is impossible to know. If it is PFS, you can count yourself lucky and go on with your life as annoying as your symptoms may be. I would kill to only have your issues.

Thank you for the quick reply and I hope your problems will get resolved some time!

I already thought so. Damn. What do you think how high are the chances in my specific situation that it is due to PFS rather than the other stuff I wrote in the post?

I’m just really concerned that it might get worse and worse or that I have no PFS at all or anything for that matter but my symptoms remain because I persuade myself now that I have PFS.

Worrying is a waste of time

I am sorry, but it is impossible to know. Stress can lead to issues with erections. I am not familiar with Phallosan Forte. It could be anything. If really doesn’t matter. You have some relatively mild erectional problems. Many people here would do anything to be in your place. Your erection problems can still go away, if they don’t there are meds that help (Viagra, Cialis). Go out and enjoy life! I wish I could!

Again, I’ll pray for you my friend! Thank you for the quick reply.

If I were to take Cialis on a daily, does it have any effect on PFS (if I actually have it)? Like, could it make it worse like others describe with supplementing DHT?

Thanks.

I don’t see any mechanism in which Cialis would make PFS worse. You should be fine. But if I were you I would wait and see a bit if you improve on your own. That happens faily often in PFS and you might not even have it. Don’t stress yourself. If in a few months, you still have erection problem, then you can get some Cialis. Have fun with those girls!

Cialis can give you permanent side effects like tinnitus. Same with Viagra. Just FYI. It’s not worth it, just wait it out and hope you get back to normal or close to it.

Thank you guys! I guess I’ll wait. I have enough of drugs anyways. I’m probably just overreacting anyways. The probability is much higher that my cortisol level has just raised since I began with my bachelor thesis and unfortunately started smoking again. I’ve read that cortisol is one of the most common ED reasons. Also, since I’ve heard about PFS yesterday I felt completely stressed out and couldn’t get an errection at all, well hardly. Before yesterday, having sex was fine and I could jerk off eventhough the errection wasn’t super duper hard, which I guess proves my point that cortisol might be the reason behind it. I’ve never been stress resistent at all.
I’m gonna try to relax now and not think about PFS, complete my bachelor thesis and stop smoking again. Also, I can’t wait to workout again.

P.S.: I make sure to enjoy those girls
