Death the only answer?

last night finasteride victim was talking about his friend has a gun and maybe he can steal it .
and today i lost contact him
if you know his phone number please call…

I really hope he didn’t hurt himself, but I also can’t blame anyone who has PFS and chooses that path. Wherever he may be, I hope he is in some way feeling better than he was.

Such a fucking disgrace for young men to be pushed to this from this drug.

Dont worry i am still here…

Too much Pussy to end it i hate myself…

Seems like for Dr Daniel Death was the only Answer.

This makes me so sad.

I hope this Man is in a better Place then us.

Fuck you Merck.

I feel like killing myself. Every day I talk myself out of it because it is “not the answer”. Well I’m tired of fighting these thoughts. Maybe my body is telling me it’s time already.

Please don’t hurt yourself. Get in touch if you need support.

Ive been working out like crazy. My muscles are just stiff and sore. No definition or muscle building anymore. Feel weak and impotent.

Trying wellbutrin. Will give this a shot and try to relax for a while. Had a better day today.

my advice
get your thyroid tested, because low thyroid and high cortizol together pushes you into very very deep depression

Just got it tested. Everything is NORMAL. The doctor cannot see anything on my blood work. Just like most of us with PFS.

In her words, “tsh is perfect, free test is excellent…” etc etc. They did not test estrogen levels. I will be testing these on my own.

Dont bother yourself, my bloodwork results came today, testo, prolactin, estradiol, perfect… this shit is not about hormones.

I bet if I quit taking my blood pressure medicine I might have a heart attack.

About a year ago I was seriously about to kill myself. Then I thought its time to experiment around with my body before purging it and since then I have reached wonderful results. Before killing yourself try at least water fasting a few weeks, then recover from it by eating clean and doing some physical activities.

BTW, it’s wonderful that the thought of death and shortness of time can be such a powerful “motivator”.

If you have fat then lose it. Doing a water fasting helps in both losing fat and improving blood pressure. I had 15 extra kilos and almost high blood pressure. I was able to sleep only 3-4 hours a day always waking up with extremely high heart rate and blood pressure. All of these problems are gone.

A lot of people are talking about water fasting. Can you describe exactly what benefits you obtained from it?

Sure. I did a 3,5 week water fasting. A list of improvements:

  • Lost 15 kilos of fat, in the month that followed I gained 10 kilos of muscle.
  • Improved blood pressure, no more high heart rates.
  • I had low quality and short sleep: 3-4,5 hours of sleep. Always woke up in alerted state with high heart rate and being unable to sleep back. Now I can sleep 8+ hours, even if I wake up I wake up into a “half-sleeping” state without high heart rate and I can sleep back quickly.
  • I can do very long and intense workouts and I feel refreshed after the workout instead of feeling like crap. I restore from the workout in less than a day. There are no physical problems and I’m fresh, lean and athletic. Before the water fast I felt like crap even after a short workout. I could gain no muscle but fat.
  • No fatigue, I can concentrate and think clearly (maybe just the result of improved sleep…), no headaches. I get sleepy much less frequently in the afternoon during work.
  • I experience NPT and morning wood more frequently than before.
  • PRL and E2 levels went below the upper limit, this means that their values are basically half and third of the previous values without taking any medications.
  • I could list a lot of stupid symptoms that could be puzzled together as the side effects of the above things.

After the water fast I started eating a quite clean diet with minimalized junk and worked out about 2-3 hours everyday - yes, after the water fast I was able to do that and my workout includes several intense periods that make me sweat heavily - I’m not just walking up and down in the gym. Some improvements (like consistently long and good sleep) came only after 1-2 weeks of ending the fast.

It eliminated an endless number of symptoms and now I have only a few remaining. In fact, physically I feel so much better that I couldn’t imagine before fasting. The stamina and the physical recovery rate you can gain by fasting is incredible. Maybe its just the effect of losing 15 kilos of fat and other crap but that really doesn’t matter. Now the only problems I have are:

  • Rare and not strong enough morning wood (although I can have very good boners)
  • Low libido (I can be turned on but it can be difficult sometimes)
  • I can have very crappy mood and lack of motivation as the result of the previous years and because of the missing libido.

But even these problems may improve in the following weeks/months as I have my new “good sleep” ability only for two weeks. Good sleep may improve the above problems too.

What I know is that I still have ultra high SHBG. Its usually 60+ and 70+ that probably pushes my free T towards its lower range. Basically both my SHBG and serum albumin are at the upper limit. It seems that I’m in sexually turned off state like children below 10 and like women screwed up by contraceptive pills. At the same time even if the problem is low free T its interesting that I’m quite strong physically and muscle gain is not anymore a problem.

Yesterday I decided to live up my current food supplement from the kitchen and I start another fast (Maybe a week later). Now I have much less fat (almost zero) so its a good question how far can I go this time…
