Creatinine study - access to original paper?

Hi everyone,

I want to read the following paper which has been posted here already.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1974 … d_RVDocSum
I don’t have access to this, and the others do not reply.
Maybe somebody here can get hold of it and send it to me.
I want to read what the authors suggest as a mechanism as to why DHT might increase through creatinine intake, without affecting testosterone.

The point that testosterone is not affected obviously, could mean that DHT is not further metabolised and creatine blocks something downstream of DHT (also affecting 3AdiolG maybe?) and not necessarily a higher metabolism from T to DHT. In the latter case I would suspect a drop in T… .Any comments?

You can purchase the article if you want.

The following page shows a little more info from the study. It may not be the complete study, but at least it shows some charts that show how T and DHT changed over the course of the study in the placebo and the creatine groups.
