Can surgery trigger a crash or make things worse?

Anyone have experience with going through a major surgery after PFS?

I am in the process of preparing for double jaw surgery in two years from now but I am worried about potentially adverse outcomes after fin use.

It’s my understanding that most people who have surgery see a reduction in symptoms afterwards, albeit temporarily.

Really? Never heard of it. Probably because of the use of antibiotics that often comes with a surgery?

I had a wrist fusion 7 years ago. Coming out of the surgery I noticed several permanent changes, dry skin, urine problems and mood changes, they remain today! However I stopped taking propecia a few days in advance which was more likely to be the trigger!
