We need to get everyone here to tell their next of kind that in the event we die a full autopsie needs to be performed on our body.
This could help us further determine the cause of PFS.
Can we send an email out to all members to do this?
We also need to make a list of areas in the body that need to be looked at in detail during an autopsies.
I think looking at testicle, adrenal gland and liver is important.

However, I would argue that the brain would be the most important organ to examin.

I agree with the concept. But to be certain the PFS issue is not overlooked, you could make a will (or amend your current will) to state that a copy of your medical records should be sent to the PFS Foundation within, say, 48 hours of your death.
But make sure you gather all your PRE-mortem records and give a copy to your attorney or other trustee.
That way, you are legally ensuring that you’ll at least be on the record with the foundation. And that data could be used in statistical studies on the prevalence of suicide among finasteride patients.
Apart from messing up our lives how would PFS kill us ?

As horrible as it is, I have to admit that I agree.
The prostate should be examined carefully. I’m talking about structure, hormonal ratios (if possible), and whether or not the 5AR Type 2 enzymes have been replaced and are functional.
The penis, levator ani and seminal vesicles should be examined as well.
