for those who have very low IGF1, please write your symptoms below!
My IGF-1 level was around 140 ng/dl. I’ve been dealing with fluctuating libido and erectile dysfunction. The glans is still soft - hasn’t changed since I got fucked by Propecia. Very low amounts of seminal fluids during ejaculation; looks like precum. Gynecomastia has been an issue too. I’ve had symptoms of CFS after my endocrinologist forced me to go off all medications for a while. Some other interesting observations:
- Saliva (free) cortisol - very low in the morning, and at the top of the normal range in the evening. No circadian rhythm.
- TSH has been too high several times, despite of thyroid hormones being at the top of the normal range.
