temperature log?
I dug out some blood tests for copper and zinc from August of last year after reading JN’s thread.
Serum copper 12.3umol/L (range 11.0-22.0)
zinc 12.5umol/L (range 9.8 - 17.9)
(also Vit D 77.6nmol/L - anything over 60 considered normal).
Would you agree the copper and zinc are low. I assume they should be somewhere in the middle/higher end?
Thanks
Mine, JN’s and J89 results of copper and zinc all very similair - wiil look at this.

Mate,
forget about everything else apart from your thyroids.
10 TSH is a ridiculous level. You must sort this.

Noone on this planet would feel remotely well with that reading.
Doc’s put me on Levothyroxine, 50mcg a day for starters.
Odd that my testosterone has doubled in less than a year.
No idea what’s going on.
There is nothing at all wrong with LH below 5.0 if your testosterone is good. In fact the lower the better, it means your body doesn’t need to pump out as much LH to get the decent T levels. FSH being high seems to imply feritily issues. Have you had a sperm test? My LH/FSH are around the 7-9 range and my test is 844 (250-1100) I’d rather have LH/FSH around 3 with a 844 test lvl thou.
My testicles are all messed up from finasteride thou and I have a low sperm count from it. Irronic because they used to be big enough that they actually got in the way while sleeping… not anymore.
The urologist seemed to imply that high FSH comes from having testicular atrophy. My left one in particular is miniscule. Having said that it’s gone from 10.4 when I first came off, to 9.8 to 9.6 now so getting very slightly better.
No, I havent had a sperm test.
Chris,
You have high eosiniphils like me. I have both pre and post fin blood tests. My Eosiniphils were totally totally fine before I took FIN.
Fom my reading, eosiniphils are quickly suppresed with cortisol. So this could suggest that your free cortisol levels are low.
You need a siliva test to verify this. 4 point test. I weill bet you $100 that you are low.
You should do a blood level and if available a transcortin + free cortisol blood test.
Estrogen increases transcortin and decreases free cortisol and that will increase eosiniphils and maybe IGE. - You can test this. It will also give you fatigue and digestion issues.
You can not really take cortisol as cortisol supplementation reduces testosterone. In my opinion this low cortisol indicates low anabolic hormones as I assume the body balances catabolic and anabolic hormones. If it did not we would lose all our muscle or gain lots of muscle.
Take a look at my tests - viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6144
Thanks, I’ll look into this.
