I had very, very similar/identical symptoms!!! Lots of masturbation/kneading and cialis have improved the symptoms a lot over 6 months. I’m still quite numb, but I can feel clothes against my genitals again.
No more wrinkly glans, wrinkly foreskin, or darker color, which I think was due to shrinkage.
If I go awhile without masturbating then my penis starts acting funny (hourglassy, also longer and narrower). I’m afraid to try anything resembling nofap right now.

It’s not just the US but the reason being is porn ‘addiction’ and reliance is an increasingly large problem that men and young boys face but do want to talk about. This thread is literally about mastrubation. And you are complaining about people discussing nofap here, and telling how bad your situation is, so we should not discuss it here. What do these things have to do with each other. No one was comparing it to your situation except yourself. You btw do realize that overmastrubation/ejaculation in rats has shown to downregulate AR expression. It has also been shown that if you abstain for 7 days, your testosterone levels peak. There is some actual science behind this, not just pseudoscience.
I noticed PFS sides when I started NoFap. I had a wet dream after a week of NoFap but after a few weeks my morning wood and libido were nuked. NoFap upregulates androgen receptors (I believe this put my receptors over the edge) and the NoFap “flatline” period has very similar symptoms to PFS.
Because sometimes the additional overexpress might provide temporary relief or maybe the increased testosterone helps some. For me, it either does nothing or makes me worse. NoFap is synonymous with the acronym no “PMO” (Porn, Masturbation, Orgasm). While I think the M and occasional O part are probably ok, but there is no benefit of P, which creates a host of problems on its own.
