Anybody else feel Horrible in the morning? Why?

I feel total crap no matter how much i sleep and what i eat.

I mean im to the point where im shaking cause im too cold.

Then i have brain fog cannot concentrate and just am out of it.
Very Slow, Anxious, nervous.

This goes away around 2pm Then its like my system kicks in and i feel good.

Anyone care to give insight on what might be causing this>

What hormones???

That sounds an awful lot like a case of adrenal fatigue.

Get a 24 hour saliva test for cortisol and progesterone, and I think urine test too.

Check thyroid function as well – TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Thyroid Antibodies.

Mew that is what i was looking for.

I had my thyroid checked and

my t3 is below range:
Free T3- 2.44 scale or 2.5 - 3.90 <- out range
Free T4- .75 scale or .58 - 1.64
TSH - 1.41 scale .34-5.60

The low T3 can cause this type of Cycle?

Today for example i got 11 hours of sleep and brain fog is present (its 10:00am) 2 hours til it goes away, i set my clock - cant wait im excited.

Also i felt like this in the mornings/ being ice cold all the time pre Propecia just never looked into it i thought it was “Normal”. Whenever i did the doctor prescribed me antidepressants a new one ever visit even tho i was not depressed (I just got frustrated going to the doctor and stopped)
Then my hair started to fall out and i was prescribed propecia, I suspect i might of had a thyroid problem all along just was misdiagnosed. I also think hair falling out is one symptom of thyroid problems i will research that tho.

Does that make any sense?

I’m not an expert but these may help you out. From what you describe it could possibly be some form of hypothyroidism.

What is your body temperature like throughout the day, do you ever take it?

You should try and find a doc that sees the low T3 as an issue, there are treatments for that.
