A post of me was deleted

So I made this post regarding me following a progesterone treatment:

"Ei man after taking progesterone, after leaving it I was left in a very feminin state nearly homosexual was horrible, 2 cycles of Ella recovered from it but it changed something also. Ella blocks progesterone receptors does the contrary of progesterone. Very interested link. "

I have seen today that the post had been deleted, a homosexual person seems to be offended, he thinks im against homosexual for have been written that, (I dont know where he gets that idea)

My questions is do you think that the political correctness can go that far to censhorship my post, spacially in science?

I mean the idea behind my post is to describe I reaction I felt (very femenin state of mind for some weeks after progesterone treatment), it was so severe that I thought I would start having homosexuals thoughts (that didnt happen fortunatly), and all of that was reversed after a Ella one cycle (progesterone receptors antagonist).

So has political correctness gone that far that far that science can be blocked as far as imaginary offense ( I dont care about homosexuals, everyone can do everything they want while not hurting others ) can block valid info to other users?

I wrote to him similar words and he said with an arrogance never seen that it will contact admin to ban me if I continue attacking gay people, he will stand against it all the time. My questions has been where on any of my posts I have say a word against homosexual activity?

Hi @belikewater.

I deleted your post. Sorry for not having messaged you about it, forgive me, I think I saw it on my phone while travelling and it slipped my mind to message you amid a busy day. Sincere apologies.

We had received a report and I thought it was warranted to remove the post.

Though I am sure that you bear no ill will towards homosexuals, it is not appropriate to equate femininity with homosexuality, which is how your post read both to me and presumably the person who reported it. It’s entirely possible to be extremely masculine but also to be attracted to men.

One of the main objectives here is to assemble everyone who has suffered following use of a 5AR inhibitor, SSRI, acutane, finasteride, etc, etc. We need to grow this community for reasons including but not limited to making our presence felt around the world, helping our efforts in finding a treatment and even just being able to support one another. For this reason, we have to consider how posts may or may not be perceived and how welcoming our forum is. The last thing we need is for people to not sign up because they might feel unwelcome.

Again, I know you meant no offence but for the reasons above, your post wasn’t appropriate.

Yeah I completly agree, that connection was implied in the words without intention, but was not the point I was trying to make, the point was what I was explained above.

Greetings

Thanks for being cool about this @Belikewater. Sorry for not messaging you at the time.

I’m going to close this topic now.
