5AR inhibitors permanent side effects

Conspiracy theory (Jesse Ventura’s TV show) seems real. He mentioned this about 3-4 years ago that how youths are being deprived of their manhood through food, vaccines and medicines. It is not a secret you can google it. I can not say about drs but to think that Pharmaceuticals are not aware of effects of 5Alpha reductase inhibitors is highly unlikely. Effects of 5AR inhibitors are well documented. Pharmaceuticals know for long time that inhibition of 5AR will leave permanent effects on men and women.

for example gossypol is 5ARi and is found in Cottonseed oil. It is well known for its side effects. Some men remain infertile after using cottonseed oil.

How long does it take to reverse?
Lack of complete reversibility was the second major concern raised by the Chinese trials. Some men in those studies remained azoospermic after stopping treatment. The longer the men had taken the gossypol and the higher their overall dosage, the more likely they were to lose part or all of their fertility. Various studies reported between 5 and 25 percent of the men remained infertile up to a year after stopping treatment. A long-term follow up study of men who had taken gossypol showed that 61% of the men regained normal fertility with “a median recovery time of 1.1 years” (Meng 1988). However, 22% remained azoospermic after 3 years.

Dr. Zhi-Ping Gu’s (2000) trial of low-dose gossypol is the only study to report no incidence of lasting infertility. The highest cumulative dosage taken by men in Dr. Gu ’s study was 36 grams over 18 months. Dr. Coutinho ’s (2000) low-dose trial used a different regimen and found that 20% of the men remained infertile 1 year after stopping treatment. The highest cumulative dosage taken by men in Dr. Coutinho ’s trial was 44.8 grams over 14 months. If Dr. Gu ’s trial had lasted longer, it is possible that the study participants would have experienced similar rates of lasting infertility.

yes, the same thought has occurred to me as well. good post

Now if there exists fair and pure justice should not these criminals be trialed?
But I don’t think it will ever happen.

if this study is true, which of course is true then is not game is over. I mean what we are wishing for? Maybe some miracle would help us?

The more I am studying about 5AR inhibitors, the more I am becoming sure that no matter what the source of 5AR inhibitors might be and how differently( competitively or noncompetitively ) they might work, the end result is the same. Now how irresponsible is to make claims that this type of 5 AR is safe and this one is the dangerous one. This is a lie.
Gossypol works unlike Fin. Fin compete with Testosterone but Gossypol does not but does it make a difference? No. please read the following

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20832445
Gossypol acetic acid (GAA) displays anti-fertility and antioxidant behavior. The efficacies of different doses of gossypol acetic acid were investigated in male albino rats. Rats were allocated into four groups: control group and three GAA-treated groups (2-4), that were injected with GAA (5, 10, 20mg/kg BW, respectively), through inrtaperitonial injection. Treatment of GAA was found to elicit a significant decrease in sperm counting, sperm motility, serum levels of testosterone, luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone, whereas, the activities of testicular 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase and 17-ketosteroid reductase were increased. The activities of serum transaminases and alkaline phosphatase and hepatic glutathione peroxidase; glutathione reductase, superoxide dismutase and glutathione S-transferase and the level of hepatic glutathione were elevated. While, the lipid peroxidation end product; malondialdehyde, nitric oxide, and lipid profile and the activity of hepatic cytochrome P450 were decreased in GAA-treated rats. The histological analysis of liver and testicular tissues showed sever hepatocyte damage in addition to abnormal localization of hepatocytic nuclei. Also, the testicular pathology of GAA-treated rats showed depressed spermatogensis, sertoli cell toxicity and degeneration of seminiferous tubules.

Maybe we need leydig cell stem cell treatment?.

I don’t think its permanent… When I was taking propecia I had a side effect of not being able to orgasmand having sex it wasn’t fully hard… I stopped and after that 8 weeks later I had low t… Now that my t is up I don’t have those side effects anymore… I can have sex successfully doggiestyle…and the sex is good… So I don’t think the stuff is permanent… Its just my opinion… After I stopped propecia I got on TRT and now I don’t have those sides anymore… Sometimes when I have sex now the erection is weak and sometimes its not

It’s like cancer. Some people get better from that. If your brain didn’t get fried and your not stuck in bed from endless fatigue your a lucky guy. You played with fire and got a mild burn. Some of us here got 3rd degree burns all over. Life ending shit.

I will continue to pray for u brother and hopefully this mess will work itself out for me and everyone here

And some people are newly afflicted with this syndrome and need to wait 2-3 years or more before commenting on whether or not it’s permanent

Yes that’s true… However I have made progress with TRT in less than a year… the side effects I was having from finasteride on and when I quit the drug I am not having anymore… I also took a male enhancement right after finasteride that had saw palmetto in it and the side effects I was having while taking that I no longer have either… I guess in my case trt fixes all…but it didn’t happen fast… I can now successfully have sex 3 or 4 days a week without ed meds…I can take a 1mg daily Cialis sunday, Wednesday, and Friday and I can have sex 7 days a week…so all im saying is that it is possible… 8 weeks off finasteride I couldn’t even have sex without an ed med period… so I believe in my case I have reversed a good bit of the damage caused by both
