You can just go to Whole Foods and buy them for about $5 a piece for 16oz drinks, but only select Whole Foods still have juice bars!
Fine. But when you are juicing it yourself at 192oz. a day, your numbers arenāt even in the ball park. Not everyone has a Whole Foods around either.
I used to do juicing about 15 years ago. And I remember it used to make me feel great. An immediate good feeling. I didnāt research anything. I just filled the juicer partway with apple juice, and threw in broccoli, carrots, celery, bell peppers, whatever. People would say āWhat the hell is that green sludge youāre drinking?ā Iāve considered trying it again, and your post has renewed motivation. There was something on this site about ābroccolationā. This person recommended boiling broccoli for 5 minutes, straining it, and drinking the broth. He said cooking released more enzymes, but I felt a great rush when I drank the juiced fresh veggies. Maybe do both.

I found these posts about juicing to be very interesting. I want to try it. Could you tell me how much broccoli carrots and apples to use? Do you make the juice for only one day, and then repeat the next day? Or do you make enough to last several days and put it in the fridge?
I have a very powerful blender but I dont have the bag you said you use to strain. What is the bag and where do i get it?

When juicing you can only make the juice for one day at a time because it gets oxidated so quickly in the blending/juicing process. It will be rotten in close to 24hours, so you need to make it fresh every day.
As far as what to use, just mess around with the ingredients and go by the taste of the juice. Youāll find what you like within the first couple of times. It almost always tastes good so you donāt have to worry about making nasty juice.

I know broccoli will be one of my ingredients because its so food for youā¦but im picturing myself putting raw broccoli into a blender and strainging the juice, and i just dont see much juice coming out of it.
You can always add a little water to get it flowing.
Some of my favorites are:
Romaine, Spinach, apples, grapes and celery.
Pineapple, strawberry
Romaine, Kale, apples, pears and beets
I would stay away from pure fruit juice at first. (like pineapple strawberry) It is very cleansing and could give you a reaction. Keep the greens in the juice at first and work into it.

Im still doing good. My wife and I have been going at it hot and heavy. Some days my unit is bigger than others. I am still having good morning wood.
An important factor is to rest sexually. For example, if you eat pizza 7 days in a row you dont want pizza. Limit the ejaculations helps out a lot. Itās hard now that im getting boners more.
Im also doing manual penis exercises. nothing dangerous or crazy. just stretching it.
Iām and passed the point, Iām not letting Big Pharm ruin my body. They want us sterile. They did this on purpose is my gut feeling. Our temple will clean itself if we give it the right tools. Clean your cells.

and to everyone whoās juiced, seriously, how bad does it taste? Iāve never gotten much vegetables in my diet, and have known that thatās just a bad idea, but frankly I just donāt like them that much . . .

I think you would be pleasantly surprised at how it tastes. I always like to mix some fruit in with the vegetable juice to add some sweetness to it.
On that note, I donāt think juicing is the be all end all solution, but rather a tool to help detoxify your body and put you on track towards being healthier. When your body functions easier due to a cleaner system it will be more receptive to change and anything else you may be doing to help your situation will have more of an impact. This is what I have found to be true.
I agree with cdnuts. Juicing just helps out your body. I doubt im healed all the way, im just a lot better of than i was. I need to step my diet up. Red meat is terrible for you. I have been eating too much in general. Your body works better with raw food. Think about your big meals decomposing inside you, it will cause everything to work harder. Also i need to step up my cardio and sweating. Those are both game breakers.

I donāt wanna rain on anyones parade, but before fin I donāt ever remember alcohol or what I ate affecting my ability to have sex without ED drugs. Yes eating well and exercising will help, but in my mind itās not a cure. My own personal feeling is that we will need some type of drug therapy to cure us.
Than that is the path you choose. And I hope you will keep the group posted of any gains you have made during treatment and any positive things about the treatment that has changed your life. That is what this forum is for. Finding what works and what doesnāt work and hopefully within time to be able to live a normal life. Thatās all any one of us on this forum wants, bottom line.
Bad luck are you trying exercise? consistently?
How many of us are pushing themselves to get out at least 2 of every three days and exercise? Thereās no question it sucks at first and it can take a LONG time to respond properly, perhaps years, but itās one concrete thing we know that raises our bodies testosterone level and health naturally.
We fucked ourselves chemically and may never be back to normal, but we can improve. The search for a drug cure is the reason we are in this mess in the first place. Maybe it will work, maybe it wonāt.
BUT EXERCISE WILL NOT HURT!

Martin - Yes, I am what some people would consider a health nut, at least as far as my exercise routines. I work out 6 days a week, and usually take Saturday off. I alternate days between running (4 miles during the week runs and 8 miles on Sunday) and the gym (typically a 5k on the eliptical trainer, 200 stomach crunches, then 3 sets of bench press). The only time I really think I feel normal is when Iām running.
I have had the above regimen for probably at least the last 10 years, and have been a regular runner for the last 2 decades. My side effects are not as severe as some on this board, and I do speculate that possibly it is from my exercise. However Iāve been waiting 3 years now for my body to heal itself, and Iām getting kinda anxious that it will ever happen. Iām not opposed to a drug based recovery, as long as the drugs donāt make me feel lousy all the time (which Iām sure everyone here has experienced).
