Well no progress so far. Brain fog is very annoying. I will give anything.to keep my brain.
I will look at some theories and post back with tests.

it has not cured my brain fog, but a few things i love are fish oil, apple cidar vinegar and probiotics … in that order.
do not get too stressed, you have a good chance of feeling better. we are here for you man.
hello, long time since post
so I had EP study and they find some issues with heart but cannot fix. I am convinced its this drug as it happened during, and persisted post cessation.
I cant even turn over in bed without my heart rate jumping to 100.
I get this horrible chest pain right where you feel the heart beat. It hurts. All docs say muscular but it has been like this for a year. I notice the pain comes after the heart goes very fast for extended period of time e.g. two hours or more.
I had some blood tests and I have had low Vitamin D (18 apparently?) and Vitamin B I think (I was made to take folic acid). This has not improved. Good news is I am not constantly tired like I used to be
I have been reluctant to post as my last thread caused quite a lot of people to get angry saying my issues were minor. Perhaps compared to some. But I still would like some answers.
Does anyone have very fast heart rate and find a solution? I am currently taking beta blockers.
I’ve only had fast heart rate after minor exercise which I attribute to just that so as soon as I relax from the activity, it slows down…other than that I’ve had a really strong pulse in the back of my head that occurs after very little activity at all which is kind of frustrating/scary. But don’t feel reluctant to post…some things you may say may be controversial and some guys on here can be assholes but if you’re suffering from PFS then post, no matter how “minor” your sides may be. The more voices/minds we have at work, the better. So keep posting.
Friend Domino Prazosin???
Delux? Tienes una pregunta? Hablo un pequeno espanol y creo que tu puedes hablar mejor en espanol. Was that any good? Tomaba dos anos de espanol en liceo seis anos . Lo siento para estar un pequeno oxidado.
I have been just like you. your main issue is low Vitamin D. just start taking Vitamin D if you have not started yet., I would say 2000 in the morning and 2000 in the evevning and you should be good.
I took vitamin D. Didn’t help. The numbers won’t go up. I’ll keep at it though.
I can hear my heart rate and feel it in my neck. Doctors verify problem and it hits 160/170 doing nothing.
I’m off to get some bloods again I guess
how long did you take it?
I was in the same situation had had a lot of heart tests, ECG etc. Finally doctor put holter monitor on me but after taking Vitamin D I feel great and my BP is stable too. I was having fast beat when my BP was goint below 100 around 92 -94. but once it is up around 110+ no fast heart beating.
Amigo Domino todavia te funciona Minipress-Prazosin?? ya tienes mas de un mes tomandolo.
It’s hit and miss Delux. I think I really need to get back on track of my diet (haven’t had any time lately) to really see the results like before. I’ve been eating so unhealthily lately because I’ve been on the go and haven’t had any time to prepare any healthy meals so once I take care of that I will be able to have a better idea of whether it still works for me or not. Yesterday I was feeling decent libido all day but it was the first day in a week or so that I actually didn’t have prazosin. Maybe my body has gotten tolerant to the effects of 1 mg and maybe I need to bump the dose but I’m feeling pretty confident that it’s more poor diet not allowing me to feel any benefit versus my body growing tolerant.
