Taurine + Exercise = relief from Brain Fog

Hi Guys,
some days ago i tried taking 1g of Taurine pre and post workout, and noticed a clearance of Brain Fog for approximately 6 hours.

I tried only Taurine (without working out) and the effect was minimal,
then i tried only exercise, and the effect on the brain fog was minimal.

These 2 things work sinergically, it is like Taurine positively modulates GABA receptors, and Exercise induces a GABA release.

I really reccomend to try it,

Have you seen any perminiant progress yet or has it only been tempory? My Dr. put me on Taurine the other day due to bloodwork showing I had deficiancy of Taurine and I like yourself have seen some positive temporary brain fog relief. I am of course going to continue taking this but I wanted to inquire as to your progress with Taurine over the past couple weeks. Thanks,

The effects of taurine + exercise vanished after a week.
When I stopped, my anxiety progressed and I don’t know if it was Taurine that exacerbate it further.
