I know someone else with PFS who crashed from (a very small amount of) tomatoes. This is real and it happens. I didn’t believe this before but I trust this person so now I do believe it.

Im not trying in any way to downgrade your symptoms or how you feel…I believe that you are feeling worse…but pleeeeeeease take into consideration that this disease like any other has its fluctuations…I have tried many and lots of things that I thought they crashed me before once and once again and they happened to be fine and sometimes Made be better…which I think is mainly attributed to the fact that they made 00000 difference and it is just some usual fluctuations in the symptoms…I can’t beleive that you only ate tomato this once since your crash…tomatoes are literally in everything…I will never say I’m 100% but at least 90% sure that it is some usual fluctuations and pizza had nothing to do with it
